Together with NHS Sussex Partnership we have started campaign to increase number of members from BAME backgrounds joining Leader board.
This campaign was involving us to plan the production , develop ideas for interview , shoot interview in one of locations in Crawley and editing final product with adding graphics , audio and effects .
